Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the https://www.manatraders.com/ website operated by ManaTraders LLC.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
All non-subscription purchases are final, any charge-backs without first contacting us will result in a permanent suspension of site usage, criminal charges, and/or account suspension.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring PayPal Payment or Credit Card payment. Subscriptions begin as soon as payment is received. You may be required to provide additional information to aquire a subscription, which may include images, proof of residency, government issued identification, and/or any request from ManaTraders LLC. We do not sell or trade any personal or sensitive information that is provided to us during the subscription application.
You may cancel your subscription anytime on your dashboard or by contacting us if you do not have access to your dashboard. All cancellation requests should be done 24 hours prior to renewal. When you cancel your subscription via your dashboard, you will have access to your subscription until the end of your subscription month. If you cancel the billing agreement via Paypal or the credit card agreement, your subscription is immediately terminated and all renting privileges are suspended. Any deposit is non-refundable. Players are required to return all cards prior to cancellation. Failure to do so will result in collections and criminal charges for the full amount of the non-returned items according to our price list plus an additional 20% collection fee.
All Wallets deposits are non-refundable.
Manahours is the amount of playing time each user has per month. One MTGO Event Ticket rented per one real hour is one ManaHour used. Each subscription has an alotted amount of ManaHours. When a user goes over thier alotted ManaHours, they will be notified via email and have 8 hours to stop usage of the service or manually buy more ManaHours. Users that go over thier alloted time by 1000 will be automatically charged $5 USD for 10000 ManaHours. Users that continuouly go over thier ManaHours could be subject to cancellation.

All paper cards must be returned in the condition that they were sent. You must notify us of any damage upon delivery of cards, which may include, but not exclusively, bends, tears, blemishes, stains, warping, or any other defects that could be considered damage. Any additional damage, outside of normal play wear, will be charged to your account at our discresion.
In order to complete your paper rental, you may be asked to provide additional information, which may include images, mailing address, email address, government issued identification, DCI Number, or submit other details. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your name, address, city, town, any form or online contact identifier email, name of chat account etc., screen name or user names, phone number, or any other information provided to us.
You must notify us immediately if you wish to cancel your paper rental. Once the cards have been shipped, you may not cancel the order, and no refunds will be available. You are responsible for the shipping charges of your rental. If you cancel your rental, you will still be charged the shipping price for your order.

We reserve the right to refuse any paper rental on any grounds at our discretion. If your order is refused, an explanation will be sent to you to the email you provide.
Paper cards may be rented for up to 15 days. Failure to return the cards within the 15 days may result in collections and criminal charges for the full amount of the non-returned items according to our price list plus an additional 20% collection fee.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, submit images, or submit other details to help you with your experience. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your name, address, city, town, any form or online contact identifier email, name of chat account etc., screen name or user names, phone number, or any other information provided to us.
