Can I purchase tickets with a credit or debit card?
Yes, but this option is only available for established customers, becoming established with us could take 1 - 6 months.
I want to purchase more tickets but I am hitting my limits, what can I do?
Contact us, we will review your account and increase your limits if possible. Limit increase requests from accounts less than one month old will automatically be denied.
Do you charge tax, handing, or shipping fees?
We are a re-seller and are not required to collect tax. Tax has already been paid on the tickets that we sell. We do charge a small .30 fee for handling. this helps us keep up on maintenance on the bots that delivers the tickets.
Why would I buy tickets here when I can buy them for less on the MTGO store?
Consider yourself fortunate, 80% of MTGO users have to pay taxes on their tickets, some players pay upwards of 1.25 usd per ticket depending on the country. Typically our prices are below 1 usd per ticket, cheaper than the MTGO store.
Are there any limits on purchasing tickets?
Yes, limits range from 100-800 tickets per week per account. Typically newer accounts will be more limited on the amount they can purchase weekly compared to established customers.
Can I purchase the Welcome Price with more than one account?
Unfortunately the Welcome Price is a one time deal, per person, per PayPal account, per MTGO account.
I need to buy bulk tickets, can you guys support this and accept other forms of payment?
Yes, we can sell up to five thousand tickets per day per user and we will accept wire transfers or Paypal, no credit or debit cards. Bulk ticket sales are only for established users. Contact us at staff (at) mtgotickets (dot) com
I typed a wrong mtgo account and already paid, what can I do?
Just contact us on LiveChat or write us an email. We will move the credit to the correct mtgo account.

All non-subscription purchases are final, any charge-backs without first contacting us will result in a permanent suspension of site usage, criminal charges, and/or account suspension.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring PayPal Payment or Credit Card payment. Subscriptions begin as soon as payment is received. You will be required to provide additional information in order to utilize this service, which may include images, proof of residency, government issued identification, phone verification, and/or any request from ManaTraders LLC. We do not sell or trade any personal or sensitive information that is provided to us during the subscription application.
You may cancel your subscription anytime on your dashboard or by contacting us if you do not have access to your dashboard. All cancellation requests should be done 24 hours prior to renewal. When you cancel your subscription via your dashboard, you will have access to your subscription until the end of your subscription month. ONCE THE SERVICE HAS BEEN UTILIZED THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. If you cancel the billing agreement via Paypal or the credit card agreement, your subscription is immediately terminated and all renting privileges are suspended. Any deposit is non-refundable. Players are required to return all cards prior to cancellation. Failure to do so will result in collections and criminal charges for the full amount of the non-returned items according to our price list plus an additional 20% collection fee.
Your ManaTraders Wallet is a centralized system to pay or be paid. You may recharge your wallet by selling us Event Tickets, or via your primary payment method. You may receive a bonus when making a deposit to your Wallet, which will be added to a section called the Bonus Wallet.
The Wallet is divided into two sections, the Cash Wallet and the Bonus Wallet. The Cash portion may be used for any service, and may be cashed out any time. Any cash out option will forfeit a portion of your Bonus Wallet.
The Bonus Wallet may be used only for subscription services, and will be utilized after the Cash Wallet has been depleted. You may find more details in the Wallet tab of your account.
By selling us Event Tickets or MTG cards you agree that the items solely belong to you. Should it be discovered that you have sold us items that are not yours, any loss, damages, and/or collection fees will be your responsibility.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, submit images, or submit other details to help you with your experience. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your name, address, city, town, any form or online contact identifier email, name of chat account etc., screen name or user names, phone number, or any other information provided to us.
We may use any of the information we collect from you, to personalize your experience in our website, to improve customer service, to send periodic emails regarding your subscription or the cards you have rented with us, and to process transactions, for the sole purpose to obtain a monthly subscription, in order to use our service.
If you choose to log in with a third-party account (such as your Google or Facebook account), we only collect your email, just for the bare log in. We do not collect any other informations from your third-party account other than the email address.
