Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the https://www.manatraders.com/ website operated by Manatraders LLC.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on accepting and complying with these Terms. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by them. If you disagree, you may not access the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. Provisions that should survive termination, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and liability limits, will survive.

Purchases

All non-subscription purchases are final. Chargebacks without first contacting us may result in permanent suspension, criminal charges, and/or account suspension.

MTGO Rental Subscription

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed by subscription. You are billed in advance through recurring PayPal or card payments. Subscriptions begin when payment is received. We may request additional information such as images, proof of residence, identification, or phone verification. We do not sell or trade personal or sensitive information provided during an application.

Cancellation

You may cancel from your dashboard or by contacting us. Requests should be made 24 hours before renewal. Dashboard cancellations remain active until the end of the subscription period. ONCE THE SERVICE HAS BEEN USED THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, INCLUDING 6/12-MONTH PLANS AND 24/48-WEEK PLANS. Cancelling through PayPal or your card provider immediately ends the subscription and rental privileges. Deposits are non-refundable, and all cards must be returned before cancellation. Failure to return them may result in collections, criminal charges, replacement costs, and a 20% collection fee.

The Wallet

Your Manatraders Wallet is a centralized system to pay or be paid. You may recharge it by selling Event Tickets or using your primary payment method. Deposits may receive a bonus added to the Bonus Wallet.

The Wallet is divided into Cash Wallet and Bonus Wallet. Cash may be used for any service or cashed out at any time; cashing out forfeits part of the Bonus Wallet.

The Bonus Wallet may only be used for subscription services and is used after the Cash Wallet is depleted. More details are available in your account's Wallet tab.

By selling Event Tickets or MTG cards, you confirm they belong solely to you. Any loss, damage, or collection fees from selling items that are not yours are your responsibility.

New set Release

Users with the 'next day access' loyalty perk receive cards from new Standard sets the day after launch. Other users receive them within 7 days of release.

Availability depends on demand and MTGO marketplace access. This perk does not cover sets such as MH2 or MH3. Sets sold only in stores and not distributed through treasure chests or boosters are excluded from rentals.

Not Returned Cards

If rented cards are not returned by the required date, we may charge a $25 non-return fee plus the cost of the cards.

Other

Communications

By using our services, you agree to these Terms and to receive newsletters and promotional emails. You may opt out in Email Preferences; this does not affect required account, subscription, or transaction emails.

Changes

We may modify or replace these Terms at our discretion. For material revisions, we will try to give at least 30 days' notice. We determine what constitutes a material change.

Privacy

When ordering or registering, we may ask for your name, email, mailing address, phone number, images, or other details. We do not sell, trade, or transfer this information to outside parties.

We may use collected information to personalize your experience, improve support, send subscription or rental emails, and process transactions for providing our service.
If you log in with a third-party account such as Google or Facebook, we collect only your email for login and no other account information.
